BRING 4 FREE DRINK PROMOTION

How exactly does it work?

As a VABO-N customer, you recommend our products to 4 people. If they then become customers and each of them places a monthly subscription order with at least one of the product packs listed below (hereinafter referred to as “qualification packs”), you will receive your own subscription order of the free drink packs listed below free of charge and you will only pay a € 15 processing fee per delivery as long as these customers remain subscribed.

Possible minimum qualification packs for the customer (of course, your customers can also order more):

• 1-Pack ESSENTIALS
• 1-Pack FIERCE
• 1-Pack APEX
• 1-Pack BLOSSOM
• 2-pack OH!MEGA

Possible free drink packs for you:

• 1-Pack ESSENTIALS
• 1-Pack FIERCE
• 1-Pack APEX
• 1-Pack BLOSSOM
• 2-pack OH!MEGA

Here’s how it works:

1: The qualification period for our new BRING 4 – Free Drink Promotion starts on 01.01.2025 and ends on 31.12.2025.

2: Customers who, thanks to your recommendation, place a monthly subscription order for at least one 1-pack of ESSENTIALS, FIERCE, APEX, BLOSSOM or a 2-pack of OH!MEGA after 01.01.2025 will qualify for your free drink pack.

3: Only customer orders of at least one of the above-mentioned packs will count towards your BRING 4 free drink promotion. One-time orders do not apply to this!

4: For you this means: You can receive one (1) monthly subscription order of the free drink packs listed above for 4 new customers* with corresponding packs for free. Only € 15 processing costs will be debited per delivery for the free pack.

5: A maximum of 2 free packs can be obtained with the corresponding customer recommendations. Speak:

• 4 customers with at least one of the above-mentioned qualifying packs -> 1 free subscription order of a free drink pack.
• 8 customers with at least one qualifying pack each -> two free subscription orders with a maximum of one of the free drink packs each.

6: The BRING 4 free drink promotion is limited to 1 year, meaning a maximum of 12 times free packs can be received, provided the qualifying criteria are met each month. Otherwise, your pack will be delivered at the normal price.

7: If one of your customers receives a free pack as part of the BRING 4 free drink promotion, this order will no longer count towards your qualifying packs.

8: If one of the 4 customers cancels their monthly subscription order, fails to pay or postpones their monthly subscription order beyond the month, you are no longer eligible for the promotion. In this case, however, you can qualify again or continue to qualify during the qualification period with a new customer (or an existing 5th customer who has ordered since the start of the promotion thanks to your recommendation) with a monthly subscription order of the above-mentioned qualification packs.

Again, the date of your last free drink pack is based on when you reach your first qualifying pack.

9: Your customer recommendations count until 31.12.2025. Subsequently, you can no longer qualify or requalify for the BRING 4 free drink promotion.

10: This promotion is valid until revoked.

11: If you have received your respective free drink pack for 12 months, you will automatically be charged the full price again.

12: Your* customer must provide your VID number (customer number) so that the order can be assigned to you.

13: You can find a report for the qualification in your back office. This shows which of your customers will help you achieve your qualification. This information is available for the first time from the month following the first free pack delivery under “Reports”.
