Rye bread with cream cheese, avocado and fried egg

Ingredients

90 g protein bread
100 g bell bell pepper
30 g avocado
2 fried eggs
1 tsp OIL Salt, pepper
35 g cream cheese, low fat
1 tsp pine nuts
Cress for garnish

Preparation

  1. Cut the bread and toast it without fat.
  2. Fry the fried egg in the pan, turning as desired.
  3. Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, slice, salt and pepper.
  4. Place the bread slices on a plate and top with the ingredients as you like and enjoy!
