THOUGHT HYGIENE

Feed your inner life with positive things! It has now even been scientifically proven that thoughts and feelings can even influence matter. Thinking young is therefore not humbug!

DANCE

We still do this as teenagers, then comes the so-called “seriousness of life”. Away with it! Turn up nice, snappy music at home really loud and dance wildly! This awakens the spirits, pushes the condition and is a real calorie killer – promised! Great fun with kids, by the way! Singing along allowed!

PLEASE SMILE

Looking in the mirror can be quite frustrating as we count every wrinkle, blackhead and pigment spot and fret over our hair. There is another way, by smiling lovingly at each other, celebrating our laugh lines and giving ourselves a joyful experience! Because anger over an undesirable skin condition does not make us more beautiful or younger!

REPLACEMENT

Always the same daily grind? Are there things you’re really looking forward to? (not the TV program!)? If not, change your routine – at least sometimes! After work, schedule a visit to a museum, a walk in the countryside, learn to play the guitar, take a dance class. Preferably together with someone you really have fun with. Or: How about a new hairstyle?

FORGET THE STRESS

During stress, the stress hormone cortisol is released. Wonderful when we need to run away from a saber-toothed tiger, but for everyday use it is not intended and makes and age faster! It damages our health, makes the skin thinner, you gain belly fat… just to name a few side effects of stress. The good news: exercise reduces stress hormones! Whether, in addition, yoga or reading a book, dancing or doing something with girlfriends helps, is a matter of type.

PLANNING TIME FOR YOURSELF

Job, children, household, husband: all together can be quite a lot sometimes. Time for oneself is often in short supply. That doesn’t exactly make you more relaxed! That’s why you should enter your ME-TIME in the calendar. Even small children respect this if it is explained to them lovingly but clearly. The most important thing here: do not feel guilty, otherwise it will be difficult for both you and your children to comply – they feel it sooofort!

MOVEMENT & SPORT

… is soooo a feel-good factor – once you get over yourself a few times! Even if we do very light exercise: as soon as our blood gets pumping and we start sweating, our cells rejoice! Due to the more intensive blood circulation, the cells are better supplied with nutrients (and VABO-N gets to its target locations even better ;-)), whereby all body processes function better again. So: light, moderate exercise is the order of the day! Important: Afterwards you should not feel broken, but better than before. Plus: Sports, as mentioned, reduces stress and produces happy hormones! That’s why many who exercise regularly are downright addicted to it! By the way: The new trend sport is called: Train with the kiddies! You do push-ups – they crawl underneath, you do lunges – they crawl through, etc. Fun for both!

DRINKING WATER

It cannot be said often enough! You should get up to 2 liters a day. Water – not tea, coffee or fruit juice – water! It is an important means of transport for nutrients to the cells and for waste products from the cells.
